  • Do you move furniture before cleaning?

    We offer two service options. Our five-star service includes moving common light furniture such as chairs, coffee tables, and sofas. However, we don't move heavy items like beds, dressers, or large sectional sofas. We also provide a more economical option where furniture isn't moved. Please confirm your preferences in advance.

  • What cleaning method do you use?

    We provide two cleaning methods to suit your needs: hot water extraction (steam cleaning) and dry cleaning or low-moisture cleaning.

  • Is the cleaning safe for children and pets?

    We prioritize safety by using eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products, ensuring a safe environment for both children and pets.

    A light vacuum is beneficial but not mandatory. We can handle the cleaning process regardless of whether you've vacuumed beforehand.

    For carpets, we recommend an annual cleaning, with more frequent cleanings for households with children, pets, or allergy sufferers. Upholstery should be cleaned every 12 to 24 months, depending on usage.

  • Do you offer stain protection or treatments?

    Yes, we include stain protection treatment in our five-star service option. This treatment helps repel future spills and stains after the cleaning process.

  • What should I do to prepare before the appointment?

    To prepare for your appointment, please remove small items and fragile objects from the area to be cleaned, pick up toys and electronics, secure any pets, and make note of any areas of concern or specific stains you'd like us to address.
